Near 6,000 new live streaming companies registered in China this year
According to the data released by Tianyancha.com, by June 19, based on the records of industrial and commercial registration platform, near 6,000 live streaming companies registered this year, achieving an increase of 258% compared with the same period last year. Big data monitoring by the Ministry of Commerce shows that there were more than 4 million e-commerce live streaming events in the first quarter. According to data from the China Internet Network Information Center, as of the first quarter of 2020, the number of online live streaming users in China reached 560 million, accounting for 62.0% of the overall Internet users.
