Melissa & Doug’s Wooden Shape Sorting Grocery Cart Makes Shopping Stylish and Fun

The folks at Melissa & Doug are putting a new twist on classic, pretend play with their new Wooden Shape Sorting Grocery Cart. Curious little “shoppers” will discover an array of fun, skill-building activities that fill the 15.5-inch shopping cart from bottom to top.

Using its natural wood as a background, designers at Melissa & Doug have decorated the cart with a colorful assortment of whimsical fruits and vegetables that kids will see as they sort their chunky, wooden food shapes by pressing them through holes in the sides of the cart. This 16-piece set comes with 12 wooden shape-sorting pieces that double as puzzle pieces for two included puzzle boards that can be stored in the cart. It also features a rolling drum within the cart that kids can use for matching play.
