From January to November 2021, China service trade continues to maintain rapid growth
According to data released on the official website of the Ministry of Commerce, from January to November 2021, China service trade continues to maintain a rapid growth trend. The total import and export of services was 4,676.78 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.7%; of which service exports were 2,236.44 billion yuan, an increase of 31.5%; imports were 2,440.34 billion yuan, an increase of 2.6%. The growth rate of service exports was 28.9 percentage points higher than that of imports, driving the service trade deficit to drop by 69.9% to 203.9 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 473.12 billion yuan. Compared with the same period in 2019, imports and exports of services fell by 4%, with a two-year average decline of 2%.
