Funko, a leading American collectibles company, announced the acquisition of Mando, a movie-derived collectibles company, to expand its business to movie soundtracks, puzzles, posters and other product categories. Funko expands its trendy cultural product line through acquisition and accelerates the pace of diversification. In Chinese market, its development is also actively advancing, and the first flagship store in Asia will open in Shenzhen soon.

Funko’s CEO Andrew Perlmutte said that Mondo's loyal fans and high-end pop culture collectibles make it the perfect addition to Funko's current brand combination.
