The First LEGO Flagship Store in the West China Opened In Chengdu
On 18 Feb., the first LEGO flagship store in the West China was opened in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Based on the conception “Retailtaiment”, the new store will provide its customers more personalized in-store immersive experience by virtue of unique integration of digitization and physical entertainment.
Covering a business area of 646 ㎡, the store has two storeys and encompasses the newest conception “Retailtaiment”, such as the Tree of Exploration, personalized custom workshop, mosaic portrait camera, and interactive “Story Table” set for its adult fans.
Besides the brand new concept, the store combines its building blocks with the long cultural history of Chengdu, like the models of panda, hotpot, and Sichuan opera face.
It’s learned that this year LEGO is expected to open 80 brand stores across China with Southwest China as one of its important markets.
